We are a purpose-driven studio of curious, creative individuals.
We pursue ideas that endure - those that shape culture, elevate communities, and redefine what architecture can mean. At BDG, curiosity and conviction guide every decision. We seek those who are inspired to push boundaries, learn deeply, and build with integrity.
We believe great design emerges from dialogue, discipline, and shared purpose.
It's fundamental to us that our work begins with character. We seek - and hold ourselves to - honesty in process, transparency in collaboration, and respect in every exchange. Teamwork, dedication, and trust aren’t ideals for us; they’re daily practices that define how we design, lead, and grow together.
Together, we create work that endures.
Being in continuous pursuit of the sublime - design that stands not only as structure, but as lasting evidence of thought, discipline, and care - is a big part of our reason for being. As such, we produce work that is timeless in spirit, meaningful in purpose, and robust in craft.
Bell Design Group is a vibrant, idea-driven architecture and design studio headquartered in Los Angeles, with additional locations in Spain and Argentina. We’re a diverse and collaborative team that thrives on creativity, curiosity, and craft. Our work spans a wide range of typologies — from boutique hotels and affordable housing to production studios, tech campuses, civic and non-profit work, adaptive reuse, and master plans.
