In conceiving and planning this new development, BDG sought to maximize the allowable rentable area — supporting long-term viability — while remaining sensitive to the needs and priorities of the community. Through the establishment of clear design parameters, the team created a project that reflects the architectural legacy of this iconic area and promotes the strong sense of place for which it is known.

The result is a dynamic and innovative solution comprising 80 townhomes woven across the site, pushing and pulling to form amenity courtyards and a clear sense of identity.
