COMING SOON!

Casa Pana (Corduroy House) is where sand meets sky. This tranquil retreat, designed by BDG Founder Tima Bell, sits at the idyllic tip of San Jacinto — far removed from the bustle of big cities — in beautiful Baja, California.

Embraced by expansive roughland on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other, the two-story home features a patio-corridor that serves to connect both the dry and humid worlds of its distinct locale.

The design magnifies and respects the environment through strategic openings oriented in both directions and multiple indoor-outdoor spaces that integrate seamlessly. The spacious plan captures ocean views from every room, each offering a slightly different perspective. The concept utilizes the site's natural features to create an ideal retreat that boasts an inviting interior, modern essentials, and ocean views for days.

Now nearing completion, Casa Pana will soon open its doors, offering a unique respite where architecture and nature exist in perfect harmony. This final phase marks the realization of a vision crafted with care and precision — an invitation to experience serenity at its finest.
