Born in Belgium, Ruben has built a distinguished career in architecture spanning over 20 years. His portfolio spans large mixed-use developments in East Asia, which integrate commercial, residential, and cultural spaces, as well as projects like studio campuses in the USA or residential homes. He has built over 46 million square feet around the world.

A driven architect, Ruben brings exceptional managerial experience. He leads teams across civic and commercial projects and has deep expertise in coordinating design and construction teams with a focus on functionality, efficiency, and constructibility. Ruben excels at seeing simple, effective solutions to complex challenges, while approaching each project with an emphasis on creating memorable experiences.

He brings a bevy of building construction techniques, BIM mastery, engineering coordination and architectural standards to BDG, where he lead the project management and quality control efforts of the firm.
