Thomas is Senior Project Manager and BIM Manager at BDG, leading projects from concept to completion across multifamily housing, institutional, hospitality, and commercial sectors. What sets him apart is a depth of technical fluency that most architects acquire only in theory.

His path to architecture was anything but conventional. Raised outside New York City, Thomas enlisted in the U.S. Army in the wake of 9/11, serving as an airborne infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division in Iraq and Afghanistan. After completing his service, he moved to California and spent eight years working as an electrician on large-scale construction projects while earning his architecture degree at night.

That foundation of years spent understanding how buildings actually come together from the inside out informs everything about how Thomas works. At BDG, he brings a highly disciplined and hands-on pragmatism to the design process that proves exceptionally valuable at every stage of a project.
