7th St Studios is a cold storage warehouse conversion into a four-stage motion picture facility. The space has full support services, including mill and crew areas, and 20,000 square feet of production offices.

The existing roof was raised with new truss structures to establish a 32-foot clear height unobstructed by columns. Power was increased to all stages to allow 2,400A of power per stage.
Featuring an efficient layout of four stages with a center spine of production support, the new studio complex secured a seven-year tenant (a top film and streaming company recognized worldwide) upon completion, further establishing the east side of the LA River as a burgeoning production hub.
