Formerly home to the Mission Beverage Co., these warehouses located in East LA were converted into soundstages and production offices for film companies known around the world. Utilizing years of expertise in both conversion and new construction of soundstages, this facility was leased and in operation the day construction completed by a brand name production company. Part of a planned larger campus, this particular set of buildings also provides office space, support facilities, and a mill.
