Located on the western edge of the Arts District, the Alameda Crossing project will be the third largest studio complex planned along the Alameda Corridor. The existing Greyhound intercity bus terminal serves as the foundation for the campus, which will include ten soundstages and 291,000 square feet of office and support space. Base camps are positioned throughout, as well as a site layout that can accommodate a variety of production sizes and tenants.
